A somewhat vibrant medium roast with hints of orange, sandalwood, and decomposing pine. Screams for a 17 mile drive road trip just south of Monterey CA.

PEETS COFFEE Major Dickasons blend
Interesting notes of spice and wood, this is a very comfortable coffee. I would pair this coffee with Eastern European comfort food and some baklava for dessert. I'm having it with A Leige Waffe this morning - but would not rule out having this with a paprika inspired dish.
BULLITPROOF?
Though it is questionable that coconut fat will boost brainpower, or grass fed beef butter will quell your appetite, Coffee+butter+ coconut = mmmm

STUMPTOWN house blend
"Shiver me timbers" this is a seafarers wet dream. Bold and smokey, tar, Cabernet and oak hints make this Blend a portlandia favorite! 4.5 points
COFFIG
WOW!! If ever I must give up caffeine, this is a hidden gem! Fantastic bold flavored with hints of maple and whisky and dried fruit! This beverage is not coffee, but sure does drink like it!
VIRGACHEFFE CHELBA "Ethiopia " small lot

METROPOLITAN NORTHWEST BLEND
This appealing blend carries nounces of light smoke, plum and birch-pleasantly carries a robust aftertaste. Light acidic tones and a Medium Dark roast makes this coffee both tasty and energetic! Not sure if this is available to the general public - but Farmers does a surprisingly good job at nailing down the micro- regional palate profile. 3.5 points.
